Dr Tan Chor Yew Allan obtained his Bachelor of Dental Surgery in Singapore. He later completed his postgraduate training in Hong Kong, where he earned a Master of Dental Surgery in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
He has a clinical interest in dentoalveolar surgery, including wisdom teeth removal, removal of other impacted teeth, coronectomy, implant dentistry, bone grafting for ridge augmentation, harvesting of intraoral autogenous bone grafts, sinus lifts, cyst enucleation, lip mucocele removal, lip and tongue tie release, hard and soft tissue biopsies, and the management of oral lichen planus.
Dr Tan also offers All-on-X full arch implant treatment in Singapore, which aims to provide patients with fixed teeth on the same day where clinically suitable. He also provides implant-supported overdenture treatment to help improve the stability and function of loose or poorly functioning dentures.
Dr Tan enjoys collaborating with professional colleagues worldwide. He travels regularly and has lived in several countries, giving him an appreciation of different cultures and perspectives.
